Puppy/dog is guaranteed to be up to date on all vaccinations and de-worming, and found to be healthy and sound at time of sale. After receiving your dog you have a period of 72 hours in which you must take your dog to a licensed vet and have him/her checked out. If any life threatening/altering conditions are found then you must notify Dolo Bullies immediately and return your puppy within 5 days along with a certified copy of a licensed vets’ finds. Upon verification of condition by vet of my choice you will be given one of three options which will be decided upon by Dolo Bullies on a case by case basis. First, to receive a refund of your money, second the replacement of a puppy of equal value at first available opportunity, but within one year, or third, to keep your dog at a discounted price. Under no circumstances will puppy be replaced by another of greater value without the difference being paid by purchaser.

After the first 72 hours any and all other health problems are the responsibility of the new owner. There is no guarantee of perfect conformation, size, color, temperament, or ability to breed. There is no guarantee against common treatable, non-life threatening conditions. If the dog is not checking out by a licensed vet within the first 72 hours then all conditions and terms of this contract are void. Under no circumstances is the Seller to be held responsible for any shipping costs of dog.

It is agreed that Dolo’s will remain at the beginning of all registered names of dogs produced by Dolo Bullies and never be removed. It is also understood that the dog will never be given up for free or placed with a shelter/rescue group without first contacting Dolo Bullies and giving them the option of taking the dog back.

If you decide to participate in a payment plan then you must place a non-refundable deposit in the amount discussed with Seller on the dog and the total balance, including shipping if needed, must be paid in full by the time the puppy reaches 6 weeks of age or all money paid will be forfeited and the dog will be placed back up for sale to other customers.

If you decide to have your dogs ears cropped while it is in the care of Dolo Bullies you understand that this is a cosmetic procedure that is optional and includes putting the puppy/dog under anestitic. You agree that Dolo Bullies nor the Licesnsed Vet that preforms the cropping are not liable for any complications due to this procedure.

Purchase and sale of this dog shall fall under jurisdiction of the laws of Saline County, AR and matters shall be dealt with as per the laws governing that location at time of sale. If litigation finds in favor of Seller, buyer shall be responsible for Seller’s attorneys’ fees, expenses and all court costs. Under no circumstances is the Seller to be held responsible for medical services once buyer takes possession of dog.

By placing a deposit on any dog from Dolo Bullies you agree to the terms set forth in the contract and must print, fill out, sign and return this contract to Dolo Bullies before puppy is shipped or picked up, failure to do so will result in forfiture of all moneys paid toward dog and no sale will be granted.

Puppy will not leave my care until all funds clear my bank. Puppy must be picked up within 10 days of turning 8 weeks old, and adults must be picked up within 1 week of purchase, or puppy/dog will be placed back up for sale and all money forfeited, unless other arrangements are agreed upon between Buyer and Seller.
